What happens to my data when my trial ends?

While you'll no longer be able to access the data you created during the trial, until you subscribe, your data will be kept intact for a month.
When you reactivate your account, you'll find everything where you left it.

The security of your data is extremely important to us. We follow best practices to keep your data safe and secure.

Payment related

Which methods of payment do you accept?

You can subscribe via PayPal or Razorpay. Both accepts payments in most of the currencies. You don't need to have account with Razorpay to pay subscription amount.
For India users: In addition to PayPal and Razorpay, they can pay through Net banking or via UPI using QR code or UPI ID.

Can I cancel, upgrade or downgrade later?

No problem - Inventory Pro is a monthly service and you can cancel, upgrade or downgrade any time.

I have subscribed to Inventory Pro. But I don't know how to use it. Is there any help available?

Once you have signed up, you will receive “InventoryProGettingStarted.pdf” in email. It will provide step by step guidance in using Inventory Pro.
Same guide is also available when you login under “Support -> Getting started” menu option.

How do I add my users?

You can enable other users from your organization by going to “Enable Multi-User”.
Please note that, the invited users don't need to subscribe. Your plan includes access for the selected number of users.
